1. Account Issues/Prefrences
1.1. How do I change my password?
Passwords and most User details are managed via the KumpeApps system. You may change your password or details using the link below.

If you do not know your existing password but do have access to receive email you may click "Forgot Password" on the KumpeApps site.
If you do not know your existing password and do not have access to your email then please submit a support ticket using an email you do have access to or provide your contact info in the support ticket.
1.2. How do I change my Name or other details?

2. Configure mail client applications
2.1. Exchange ActiveSync: Setup iOS devices (iPhone/iPad/iPod)
Option 1: Guided Configuration
1. Download the KumpeApps Mail.mobileconfig file in the downloads section (bottom of page) from your device.
2. Goto Settings
3. Click Profile Downloaded
4. Click Install
7. Follow the guided configuration
Option 2: Step-by-step configuration
1: Open application Settings
on home screen:
2: Click Mails , Contacts, Calendars

3: Click Add Account

4: Choose Exchange
.
5: Fill up the form with your server address and email account credential
- Email:
your full email address
- Password:
password of your email account
- Description:
you can type anything here
6: If it cannot auto discover server settings, you should fill up the form with server address and username.

- Username:
your full email address
7: Choose items you want to sync to this mobile device:
2.2. Exchange ActiveSync: Setup Android devices
Step-by-step configuration
1: Open application Mail
on home screen:
2: Fill your full email address and password in Account Setup
page:
3: If it asks you to choose Account Type

4: In detailed account setup page, fill up the form with your server address and email account credential

and Accept all SSL certificates

5: In Account Settings
page, you can choose Push. it's all up to you.
6: Choose a name for your Exchange account.
Click Next
to finish account setup. That's all.
2.3. Exchange ActiveSync: Setup Outlook 2013 for Windows
Step-by-step configuration
1: Open application Outlook 2013

2: Add a new account in Outlook, in Auto Account Setup
page, please choose Manual setup or additional server types
, then click Next

3: In Choose Service
page, please choose Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service
, then click Next

4: In Server Settings
page, fill up the form with your server address and email account credential, then click Next

After you click Next
, Outlook will start verifying your email account, please wait and you will see below screen after verified:

3. Webmail
3.1. How do I access my email via website/web browser?

3.2. Calendar free/busy availability
If you want to let others to check your free/busy availability while inviting you to attend some calendar event, you need to grant one permission of your calendar to others.
Let's use calendar Personal Calendar
for example, you need to grant View the Date & Time
permission for your public calendar events.
After granted the permission, when other user (hosted on same server) is creating calendar event and input your email address as attendee, he can see your free/busy availability like this:
3.3. How do I update my Avatar/Gravatar icon?
Your avatar uses your published gravatar and can only be updated at www.gravatar.com by creating a free account with gravatar. Once your image is uploaded to gravatar, it will automatically be linked to your KumpeApps account as well. For this to show in your webmail, you will need to ensure that Enable Gravatar is checked in your webmail settings.
